i) Comments and Questions
If you send an email or letter to anyone associated with Tibshelf Parish Council, asking for information, we may need to contact other government departments to find that information. If your question is technical, we may need to pass it to our technology suppliers. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your messages for six months for reference and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.
ii) Forums
Any comments you add to Forums can be viewed by all users. Your username will appear next to your comments.
We will delete comments which break our Forum rules or terms and conditions of use. We also reserve the right to delete users who abuse this facility. Such deletions will be permanent, none negociable and at the sole discretion of the administrator of the Forum.
i) Log information
Log files allow us to record visitors' use of this website. Tibshelf Parish Council analyse log file information from all our visitors, which we use to make changes to the layout of the site and to the information in it, based on the way that visitors move around it.
Log files do not contain any personal information.
